We have a very simple sketch for you today, probably the simplest of all the sketches we did so far. If you're a beginner in card making, this is perfect for you! For those advanced card makers, embellish it as much as you want!
This week, we are thankful to be sponsored by Limelight Papercrafts.
Limelight Papercrafts is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife-team of Drew and Mandy. We are committed to bringing you the best the stamping and scrapbooking world has to offer at a great price. We are constantly seeking out exciting new products, perhaps even some you haven't seen before! For example, some of the papers that we carry in our store are made with recycled papers. Please look around! We are sure you will find what you need to inspire your creativity and create beautiful projects!
Courtesy of Limelight Papercrafts, one randomly picked winner will receive........
- Basic Grey 12x12 Designer Cardstock in Optimistic AND
- Basic Grey Pretty Bird Clear Stamp Set
We're excited to introduce you to our Guest Designer this week.
Please welcome......

Getting to know Rae:
Hello hello!! My name is Rae Barthel. I am: wife to Tom; mom to Michael (12), Lauren (9) and Matthew (7); approaching the big '4-0'; living in Huntsville, Alabama, but grew up in the suburbs of Chicago; and crazy about card sketches!! I started making cards about seven years ago, and am addicted to patterned paper and hoarding supplies like many of you. Thank you Card Patterns for this awesome opportunity to guest design with one of your amazing sketches, I have always been a big fan!!!!
Here's Rae's take on the sketch:
We're also lucky to be joined by Limelight Papercrafts Design Team!
